Paul is very professional and his work is of a very high standard, with clear quotes and cost explanations beforehand and he has done multiple jobs for me over the last few years including rebuilding a rotten stair handrail, building a small retaining wall, tiling, replacing a toilet, and repairs to garage roof. Very happy with work he has done on my property and his customer service.

Paul has just refurbished our very old carport roof. He arrived when he said he would, made a neat, sound job of the new roof cladding and guttering, and left the place clean and tidy. We have already recommended him to the neighbours who came to have a look.

I have used Paul over the last 2-3 years for outside work, most recently retaining walls built, garden weeded and weed mat and mulching. We have used Paul for several jobs over the last couple of years. Dismantling a shed and constructing a new shed. He has fixed fences that were ready to fall over. Fixed a gate that wouldn't close. And, dismantled an old Chandelier umbrella by the pool and installed a new one. His workmanship is second to none. We think Paul is the best all round maintenance person you can get. He can fix anything. Thoroughly recommend Paul to anyone.

Paul has done excellent work for us in helping to identify and replace rotting timber in our pergola as well as to replace our defective gutter system, not only doing the work, but also explaining the reasoning behind his actions so that we can understand how to better maintain it ourselves properly. Paul recently carried out carpentry repairs on our home. He replaced sections of fascia, window beading and a large section of pergola affected by wood-rot. Paul is a skilled tradesman, and his attention to detail and problem solving skills are excellent. We found Paul to be very hard working and reliable. Paul values his skills, and you will get what you pay for.

Paul came and fixed our deck that had risen up and was preventing us from opening our external french door. The french door also needed fixing after a home repair gone wrong - too much had been planed off, and crookedly, and we were left with quite an eyesore. Paul was an answered prayer, he came and fixed the deck and the door, working fastidiously, and long hours to perfect the job. There was quite a mess from such a large project but he removed all the rubbish that resulted from the job. We couldn't have asked for a better result or handyman! He is a hard worker, reliable and very personable. Thanks Paul, we will call on you again!

We contacted Paul for a balcony demolish and re build project due to water damage. Paul has been on top of our project and has been taking care of my mum's balcony work from day 1. Paul has been very responsive, professional and friendly . And my mum has been very happy with his work so far. Paul has been doing everything by himself, which he takes full responsibilities of his own craftsmanship and stands out under the spotlight.Will recommend  him to family and friends.

The outcome of work provided by paul was of great satisfaction. The job was completed with a high level of professionalism without errors in the work. The glass shower panel is no longer leaking and is lined up straight.

Super job by Paul with servicing our gutters and then coming back later in the week to align them properly so that the fall would allow waterflow to get to the drainpipes. Paul was very detailed in explaining what the job would involve and highlighted any issues up front. Have to love a guy who takes pride in his work too! He's not afraid to post photos of the jobs he has done to his website so you know what you're paying for. Thanks Paul and will definitely be calling again for more work down the track!

The few job's Paul has done for me are all excellent work. I have no problems with the work he has done for me. He is always on time and I would recommend Paul to anybody, and he is so friendly.

I just want to say thank you for the wonderful job you did in my garden last week. Up until two years ago I was able to manage the garden myself but now in a wheelchair, the garden is beyond me. Paul did several jobs for me in March/April 2019. He was trustworthy, very polite, we fitted in with each other time wise, and he explained things.  The shed roof replacement particularly the skylight repair are great, with attention to detail.  I would use him again.

I was glad I had added additional work to make his trip worthwhile. He finished all the work and left after cleaning up all in the same day. Paul attended my home and worked hard all day. I was out all day and was surprised when I arrived home to see all the work that he been able to do in one day. He came back the following day to finish as I had added to my list which meant he even had to return for a third day which happened to be Saturday.
When it started raining I did not expect Paul but to my surprise he arrived and finished the work as promised.
I have had Paul do work for me a couple of times now and have been very happy with his work and I am very happy to refer him to my friends and family.

Paul did an amazing job fixing my leaking roof that I had many tradies have a look at, they "fixed" it on the day but only a few months later it started to leak again.  Flat steel roof fixed over 6 months ago and still no leaking.  Then I had him install a refrigeration unit in a high window and again, great job.  Paul is a highly reliable and extremely tidy tradesman.  Highly Recommend - Teresa

Paul did amazing work fixing broken tiles and removing a collapsed plaster ceiling from a garage roof and cleaning.
Paul was always prompt and professional and always attending scheduled time on time.

I used Paul to assist me in the construction of 2 'hardwood' timber decks, on my two, townhouse development. Paul was excellent to work with. He was always on-time, honest, hardworking and had a very high standard of workmanship. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to somebody that requires & appreciates, a top quality job.

I am pleased to recommend Pauls Home Maintenance as I am extremely pleased with the professional standard to which the quote was done then the job ( a full garden trim of an established garden both back and front.) carried out. Paul, pruned a tree to gives us more light and outlook and removed a pergola from our north facing courtyard. The effect was instant and today's sunshine was appreciated. Paul arrived on time and completed both jobs in one day. His Tardis trailer is a wonder to see.

Paul did amazing job of fixing my shed door which was falling apart. Saved me from replacing The Whole garden shed. The gutter was cleaned n he even clean up the mess it created. Overall every happy with the service n the price it cost.
