We contacted Paul for a balcony demolish and re build project due to water damage. Paul has been on top of our project and has been taking care of my mum's balcony work from day 1. Paul has been very responsive, professional and friendly . And my mum has been very happy with his work so far. Paul has been doing everything by himself, which he takes full responsibilities of his own craftsmanship and stands out under the spotlight.Will recommend  him to family and friends.

Paul has done excellent work for us in helping to identify and replace rotting timber in our pergola as well as to replace our defective gutter system, not only doing the work, but also explaining the reasoning behind his actions so that we can understand how to better maintain it ourselves properly. Always on time and very committed to staying on task all day long, but not rushing the job. 5 stars.

I used Paul's home maintenance on several occasions recently in order to getting my house and garden ready for sale. He was very reliable and came on the dates and times that suited me and did an excellent job.

Paul came to my home and did a sensational job repairing fence, two gates, my shed and also replaced fascia board on front of my house. I needed the shrubs in my front yard/driveway significantly trimmed back. Paul responded promptly to my initial phone call. He explained everything he would need to do and exactly how much it would cost. He arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard.

Paul of "Paul's Home and Maintenance" did work at our place in Endeavour Hills to our entire satisfaction. Tree cutting and pruning, as well as the cleaning of our solar panels, were completed with meticulous care. We both found him reliable and courteous. Paul, pruned a tree to gives us more light and outlook and removed a pergola from our north facing courtyard. The effect was instant and today's sunshine was appreciated. Paul arrived on time and completed both jobs in one day. His Tardis trailer is a wonder to see.

I would highly recommend Paul for any type of home maintenance task. As he completed 4 very different jobs at my place, and I found him to be very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional and I was extremely happy and it looks terrific. I will certainly be calling Paul back in the near future for other jobs for sure.

I have engaged Paul for various jobs around my home, multiple times and found Paul a trust worthy tradesman, highly skilled, and attention to detail he is enthusiastic, and loves what he does. Really happy with the work Paul did. Very efficient and had it completed ASAP. Cleaned up and was honest about the work needed to be done. Really happy.

Paul came and fixed our deck that had risen up and was preventing us from opening our external french door. The french door also needed fixing after a home repair gone wrong - too much had been planed off, and crookedly, and we were left with quite an eyesore. Paul was an answered prayer, he came and fixed the deck and the door, working fastidiously, and long hours to perfect the job. There was quite a mess from such a large project but he removed all the rubbish that resulted from the job. We couldn't have asked for a better result or handyman! He is a hard worker, reliable and very personable. Thanks Paul, we will call on you again!

Paul recently carried out carpentry repairs on our home. He replaced sections of fascia, window beading and a large section of pergola affected by wood-rot. Paul is a reliable and very competent tradesman. We were very
pleased with his work replacing cracked roof tiles and other sources of leaks in our roof.
Our advice is that Paul should be the first person to call for any home maintenance.

Paul did an excellent job at our home. He was professional in his work,  turned up on time and completed the work to a high standard. He left the job clean and worked extra hours required to get the job done. Would not hesitate in using him again when home maintenance works were required or recommending him, a friend asked me for your details today after I told him the great job you did for us.

Super job by Paul with servicing our gutters and then coming back later in the week to align them properly so that the fall would allow waterflow to get to the drainpipes. Paul was very detailed in explaining what the job would involve and highlighted any issues up front. Have to love a guy who takes pride in his work too! Paul attended my home and worked hard all day. I was out all day and was surprised when I arrived home to see all the work that he been able to do in one day. He came back the following day to finish as I had added to my list which meant he even had to return for a third day which happened to be Saturday.
When it started raining I did not expect Paul but to my surprise he arrived and finished the work as promised.

Paul did an amazing job fixing my leaking roof that I had many tradies have a look at, they "fixed" it on the day but only a few months later it started to leak again.  Flat steel roof fixed over 6 months ago and still no leaking.  Then I had him install a refrigeration unit in a high window and again, great job.  Paul is a highly reliable and extremely tidy tradesman.  Highly Recommend - Teresa

We used Paul's home maintenance to remove a very large Yucca tree from out backyard that had over taken the garden,  he not only removed the tree but cleaned up the garden area and took everything away. He was great to deal with and would highly recommend to our friends and family.

We have used Paul for several jobs over the last couple of years. Dismantling a shed and constructing a new shed. He has fixed fences that were ready to fall over. Fixed a gate that wouldn't close. And, dismantled an old Chandelier umbrella by the pool and installed a new one. His workmanship is second to none. We think Paul is the best all round maintenance person you can get. I had a front door that wasn’t opening and closing properly which required more than just tweaking with the hinges to fix it. After checking out Paul’s website I knew he can do the job whereas I was unsure of the other tradies I looked into. I’m happy with the outcome and will use his services again.

Paul is very professional and his work is of a very high standard, with clear quotes and cost explanations beforehand and he has done multiple jobs for me over the last few years including rebuilding a rotten stair handrail, building a small retaining wall, tiling, replacing a toilet, and repairs to garage roof. Very happy with work he has done on my property and his customer service.
